This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www. jennifertsang.co.uk (the “Site”). This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of Third Parties that I do not own or control.

I need your Order Information to fulfil any orders placed through the Site (including processing your payment information, arranging for shipping, and providing you with invoices and/or order confirmations). Additionally, we use this Order Information to:

Any Personal Information collected by Jennifer Tsang Jewellery will only be shared for the following reasons:

• My Site is hosted by Squarespace. Squarespace provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell my products and services to you. • Service Providers - I use trusted Third Parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these Third Parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

• Business Transfers - In the event that I sell or merge my business, I may disclose your Information as part of that transaction, only to the extent permitted by law.

• Compliance with Laws - I may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to any lawful requests for information we receive, or to otherwise protect my rights.

Cookies

Cookies are small pieces of text sent to your browser when you visit a site. They serve a variety of functions, like enabling me to remember certain information you provide to me as you navigate between pages on the Services. I may gather information about your general internet use by using a cookie.  Where used, these cookies are downloaded to your computer and stored on the computer’s hard drive. When you place an order through the Site, Jennifer Tsang Jewellery will maintain your Order Information for my records unless and until you ask me to delete this information. I may also be required to hold this information to comply with legal obligations.

As a result, I may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction.
