Delivery

UK Shipping

All UK orders will be sent via Royal Mail 1st class, free of charge, in letterbox friendly packaging.

You can opt for 1st class Special Delivery for a charge of £8.

Please note that Special Delivery will require a signature upon delivery.  

Europe & International Shipping

Postage & Packaging to Europe and to the rest of the world will be charged at a rate of £15.00

Any import duties, fees and customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

A reminder that as of 1st January 2021, new customs and rules will apply to postal items from the UK to the EU. Customs charges and delays may be expected.

Items will be dispatched within 1-2 workings days of receiving full payment on ready to wear/in-stock pieces. 

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks completion before dispatch for items that are gold plated or customised ready to wear pieces.

Bespoke jewellery will have different completion and delivery times. This will be discussed at the start of each project.

You will be notified of any changes to these delivery times.

Jennifer Tsang Jewellery will not accept responsibility for any undelivered items due to incorrect information. Therefore, please ensure delivery addresses and all information is complete and correct.

Jennifer Tsang Jewellery will not be liable for any delay in delivery or non delivery due to circumstances beyond my control.

Returns & Cancellations

Every Jennifer Tsang Jewellery piece is individually made and hand finished. I hope that you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, please return it to me for an exchange or a full refund.

To cancel or return your order, please contact me within 14 days of receiving your item, and to return your order within another 14 days from date of notification. I kindly ask you to return items to me unused, in original packaging and in the condition in which they were received.

Return delivery costs and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer. 

Jennifer Tsang Jewellery cannot be held responsible for items damaged, stolen or lost in return delivery, therefore I recommend using an insured and/or tracking mail service. 

I am unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery. 

Please allow up to 7 working days for repayment to your account.

Items Exempt from Refunds, Exchanges & Cancellations

I cannot accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on the following items, unless found to be faulty:

  • earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • bespoke orders

  • any customised items (these includes rings that have been specifically made to order for size, custom alterations to any stock piece, changes in chain lengths etc. This will be made clear to you at the time of ordering).


Repairs, Faults and Resizing

Faulty Items

I will repair/exchange/refund any items which are found to be faulty or damaged upon receiving. I ask that customers inspect their items as soon as possible and to please notify me within 7 days of delivery if there are any problems. 

To return damaged or faulty items, please use a signed/tracked mail service which provides proof of postage. Payment and postage will be reimbursed to you, the buyer, if a fault or damage is to be found. 

Please note that wear and tear, and accidental damage are not considered to be faulty production. Please refer to Repairs section below.

Ring Sizing 

For ready to wear items, I am happy to exchange or resize rings if the size is incorrect at time of ordering, subject to availability. Please contact me for more information and refer to the returns guide above. 

For other rings, I will resize at a charge which will be dependent on the type of ring, type of metal and how many sizes it requires for altering. Please contact me for more information.

Repairs

I am happy to repair any Jennifer Tsang Jewellery items that have been damaged through wear & tear or any other type of damage.

I can offer re-plating for any plated jewellery.

All repair and delivery costs are the responsibility of the customer.  

I am happy to consult with any other jewellery repairs you may have.
