Delivery

UK delivery options:

Royal Mail Special Delivery (Recommended) – £6.45 –  items will be delivered before or by 1pm the following day after dispatch. Items are tracked and insured, signature required upon delivery.

Royal Mail Recorded Delivery 1st Class – £4.40 – aims to deliver items 1-2 working days after dispatch. Items are tracked and signature required upon delivery.

Europe: 

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed – £10

International:

Royal Mail Tracked & Signed – £15

 

For items that are in stock, we aim to dispatch within 2 business days of receiving your order.

Bespoke pieces will vary in completion and delivery times.

If an item is out of stock please email us to find out if and when it will be in stock again.

 

Returns, Exchanges & Repairs

 All of our products are lovingly hand made and finished individually, and we hope you love your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item please return it to us for an exchange or a full refund – this applies to core collections only.

To receive a refund please contact us within 14 days from the next day after receiving your item.

Return delivery costs are the responsibility of the buyer, unless items are found to be faulty.

We kindly ask you to return goods to us unused, in original packaging and in the condition they were received.

We cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in return delivery, therefore we recommend an insured and track mail service.

We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the item(s) or proof of received return delivery.

Please allow 1 week from when we receive your return for it to be processed.

Non-refundable: Returns cannot be made on bespoke items, made to measure items (i.e rings, unless found to be faulty) or earrings, for hygiene reasons.

 

Repairs

We will repair/exchange/return any items which are found to be faulty or damaged upon receiving.

Rings that are ordered in the wrong size are available for altering. Altering and delivery costs are the responsibilty of the customer.

Items broken through wear and tear of the customer are available for repair. Repair and delivery costs are the responsility of the customer.
